Ardyth's Sew n Vac Shoppe joyfully welcomed from Japan Yutaka Koyama, Product Development Supervisor of Janome Sewing Machine Company. The mission of Janome is to produce machines which inspire creativity and innovation, yet are simple to use. They know the most important thing about their products is not the machines themselves, but what you can create with them. The better the tools, the more inventive, artistic and pleasurable the sewing experience will be. That’s why they design their machines for performance, but also for comfort, quality, and intuitive ease of operation.

As a leader in the sewing industry, they keep striving to provide best-in-class products and services which enable sewists' creativity and innvovation. The President of Janome, Toshi Takayasu requested Yutaka to tour Janome dealers with Al Enderson, Janome Representative; they discussed ideas for products like the Horizon Memory Craft 15000, a revolutionary, first-ever wireless-enabled sewing machine. Maday Lange, Dan Hungerford, and Michele Miller presented Yutaka with a gift of cheese curds, milk, and honey to remember visiting Baraboo, Wisconsin.

There are many exciting things happening at Ardyth's this week.

We are celebrating Miriam's upcoming wedding. Her last day at the shop will be on Good Friday.

We wish Miriam and Josh a wonderful and long married life and send our warmest wishes for their future together.

Miriam has been busy getting the Children's Camp Sew projects ready and today finds us celebrating with Janome Club Members. We are sharing all the new items we have at the shop that make sewing so enjoyable including a selection of New Fabrics.

There is a lot of merriment that makes life so beautiful. We invite you to stop by and help celebrate Miriam this week.

Cheers Friends!

As March approaches, we turn our thoughts to warmer weather and Spring projects.

We will use our blog to share exciting news in the world of sewing and keep you informed with new class offerings.

Stay tune Friends!
